    Paul,

    I can't thank you enough for such a beautiful and detailed reply.
    I do not have any extras and at this moment have only the basic CTs. I am sure the extras would definitely help better in this situation. s there anything specific that you would recommend? Also, will I be able to work with it independently I am based out India and with the $$ conversion, I cannot afford a therapist from other countries.
