How do I know what my beliefs are?

I just purchased BB last night. I will fully listen to the Instructions today (twice or more just to fully understand this new PSTEC tool).
Question: how do I know what my beliefs are? Are there ways of knowing what my 'negative' ones are?
Please advise when you can.

I'd say a negative belief are ones that don't serve you, if that belief goes against the life you want to live, then it's negative. And to find beliefs just takes awareness. Listen to yourself when you have a conversation or when you get angry. Your outer world reflects your inner world. Or at least what gets a reaction out of you. So you do get upset or find yourself speaking bad about others or yourself, write it down and analyze those beliefs with these two questions.
1. If that is 100% true, why is that so bad?
2. What does that mean to me, or about me?
Repeat asking these questions until you hit a core belief.February 9, 2018 at 2:53 am#25750kbshaqPSTEC User

One more quick question.
I just got through listening to the BB Instructions. Tim mentioned that I should do the following as I repeat the newly created belief (in my mind):
“… you should shape the words with your mouth.”
What does he mean by that?February 9, 2018 at 4:25 am#25752Brian TuckerPSTEC User
As you are saying the words with your inner voice,.move your mouth to the words as if you are actually saying that. You are pretending to say them.February 9, 2018 at 4:46 am#25753kbshaqPSTEC User
Thanks again Brian!!
