You have made progress, you have the tools, you have the self-knowledge, just keep going, you will get there.
Choose just one of the most powerful emotions to work on first. Click Tracking  the strongest feelings first, as long as you can face them, will bring the quickest results.
By clearing out the garbage you will be able to make the right decisions about your life, by not having your past affecting your present.

Hi Rhossie… just to add what Peter said…

        • Don't gage your progress or based your happiness on what other people say… you are looking to find your SELF-esteem which, if you stay true to the word, then it is based upon your SELF assessment.  Look to become independent of other people's opinions and thoughts.  Find another way to gage your progress by looking at things like taking actions you previously found difficult or “impossible” … look at your overall emotions through the window of the big picture and not just in one particular moment.
        • DO NOT share your journey with others UNLESS you KNOW absolutely that they hold no judgment or criticism AT ALL toward you.  You want to limit the input from other people because it's just their perspective and in the immortal words of Patrick Swayze from the movie Roadhouse, “Opinions vary.”  You see?  Opinions mean nothing… do your work within.
        • If the biggest and toughest memories are too overwhelming, then you might start with less intense ones.
        • If you are overwhelmed with the thought that you have “too much in the way”; then write it down to get it out of your head.  Then, as Peter said, find the most intense ones when you are ready.  As you move through the more intense ones, you will find some of the smaller ones also falling away “with them” so that you don't have CT each and every one.  Just be WILLING to do them all and you will find that you don't have to do them all.
        • [/list] Just put your head down and keep at them one at a time… you will move through them and come through on the other side of them with a shifted Mind Model that will be supportive, resourceful and enjoyable!
          Aloha nui!
          Jeff
