i've been doing 3 beliefs at the morning and 3 beliefs at night. i think is the best balance, because then i start to become less focused.

do you guys had any visible results on creating beliefs about the efficacy of the tool?

like: tim suggestions are more incorporated in my subconscious every time

i wonder what's the difference between past and future beliefs.

now all my beliefs are located in present sentences.

but ive noticed that most of my anxieties and fears on social situations had to do with “what would happen” which is oriented towards future situations.

        Hi Truman,

        Thanks for the post.

You could layer in suggestions about PSTEC's efficacy, but I find this works best when there seems to be a block of some description.

Someone may block out a causal memory, and the Accelerators work amazingly well to bring these to mind. You can also use PP like “The causes of my problems become clear as I resolve them”

Past beliefs are actual beliefs. Beliefs about the future are effectively expectations. I would contend that our interpretation of past events creates our expectation of the future.

When someone says something like “I can't wait for my vacation”, there is a belief/expectation they will be enjoying the vacation and a positive feeling going along with that.

In your case “what would happen” might be best resolved first with Belief Blasters and/or the Click Tracks. The Click Tracks, of course, work amazingly well on imagined worst-case scenarios. You had mentioned dating and you may have historical negative associations in this realm.

So if you had a belief like “This date will go bad”, you can come up with logical counterexamples like “As long as I'm on top form and feeling great, this date can't go bad”, “I can't possibly see the future”,”I can have fun, no matter what.”

Then, once you eliminate the expectation-style belief with Belief Blasters or PSTEC Negative, you could layer in something like:

“No matter what happens on these dates, I'm good”

“The right girl is definitely out there for me”

“I'll be completely chilled on these dates, as it makes sense”

“I'll always have love in my life, as it comes from me”

        All the best, Truman.

        Paul  :D

          For you to install, Truman

When a someone says no it's not a big deal now
When someone rejects me I won't take it personally anymore now

            great insights.

this is a question about how to approach beliefs.

            what's the difference between:

people always give me their approval in everything i do

            and

i don't need the approval of people in anything i do

which one should i choose when i seek validation and approval from other people?

              Hi Truman,

              Thanks for your post.

I would layer in something like “approval is nice and that is why I approve of myself now” and “no matter what anyone says about me, I can accept myself”

Also, “approval doesn't make me good enough, as I'm already good enough” and “I can always relax, no matter what anyone thinks of me”

You can absolutely be very direct in any suggestion, but I personally think it is useful to be open to feedback too.

It is good to have a solid sense of who you are and what you are about. Detaching the need for approval is very liberating.

              Hope that helps,

              Paul :-)

DarekKow – Out of respect for a paying client I prefer to refrain. I used the words that came out of their mouth about what they wanted to accomplish as they already had a little desire to change. Again I reference the gold nuggets in this recording in using what the person already says to form the suggestion.

This is the best place to start with change for a person and is why beliefs are generally specific to the individual. They already believe what they say to some extent.

This simply needed to reinforce the thought and transform it into a belief. Enter quantum turbo.

I will say this: Quantum Turbo is so profoundly powerful that you can literally use it to “tell yourself what to do” even if you don't believe it at all. So with this concept in mind as you stated in your post that you already know what you want to do. You're already 100% of the way there. You just need to believe it. That's the extra 1% to hit the tipping point. This is accomplished by adding weight to it. Use those words to craft an 8-10 word suggestion or two and use the 15 minute track.

                I did it, Brian!

I crafted quite a few suggestions for my issue and it definitely worked. Probably overdid it somewhat, but I wanted to make sure it works. I actually used the word “disgusting” in a couple of my suggestions and this is exactly how I feel about porn now. I wouldn't do it now in hindsight though, because I don't prefer placing judgement values in my mind. Anyway, this was a few days ago and today was a true test for it, because I had a lot of free time, felt bored and there was the all too familiar heaviness in me and I was looking for a quick relief. So even though I was logically thinking about it and wanted to do it (out of habit I guess) I couldn't bring myself to doing it, I didn't even take a peek or anything. I now have a really bad and sick feeling around watching P. It's kind of funny how that works. I ended up finishing the Inside Out movie instead, hehe. I have also been doing a suggestion or two like “My life is now so much better without watching porn” every day just to make sure it sticks and I don't revert. But I do feel this change is deep seated already.

                Thanks!

See how easy that was? You are awesome. Way to go. And yes, I always do a few more to really hit home. Overkill is good!!!

As far as judgement goes you would only be believing it was disgusting for yourself. That's just an opinion. You are not against the porn in any way. Against is more on the side of judgement.

There are certainly other words that could be used in place of that. The sky is the limit.

                    Hi DarekKow and Brian,

                    Great stuff.

Had you done any CTing on the issue, Darek, or did you stick purely with QT?

                    “Overkill is good”  :D :D

                      Paul

Thanks! I only used QT. I considered CTing, but I was a little concerned it could affect more than just this specific issue. I think caution is advised here as not to clear too much so to speak and I'm glad I was able to do it without clearing any emotions around that.

BTW, thanks for your previous response to my question. I think I found the most optimal way for me – focusing on the given powerword in my mind and listening to Time's voice. It may be a small detail for some, but for me it was important, hehe.
