Hello , I have been through pstec click tracks, level one , ct simple and just went through now the click tracks 2015. i cant change the misery and rejection and worthless i feel from my father as he didn't even engage with me which left me feeling like a victim in school and i couldn't make any friends as i expected to get bullied and rejected. so all my life i have no friends and just stuck at home depressed and suicidal. when i was 12 i decided i was going to change my life when i watched the secret dvd. since then i have read dozens and dozens of books. hundreds of  hours looking for a solution and everything has failed me. have spent thousands of pounds on emotion code, eft, fastereft and cant change the programming. when i think back to these negative emotions in school and my dad etc while going through the click tracks, nothing changes, it remains the same and sometimes gets worse as i am now thinking more about it and finding more issues and more powerful negative feelings. I am 20 and still not changed. please help?

            Hi Alakh,

I am sorry for the late reply. I can sense that you are frustrated and frustration itself is what I would recommend working on first. Using the Click Tracks, work on the emotion of fruatration and the sense of urgency you have to change. That will take some of the edge off.

Trying to work on everything at once can be incredibly overwhelming, so I think you might be better-served by working through the issues systematically.

Next, when you have done that and when you have clicked-tracked those “urgent” or “frustrated” feelings to 0 (or close to it), it would be worthwhile to write down each thing you want to work on.

Work on each of them one at a time.

It is difficult to analyse exactly what the issues are, from reading your post. However, you have alluded to the fact that you have tried a lot of processes and have not YET had the results you desire.

If I was going to map it out, I would recommend working on the “frustration” feelings first (as mentioned above), then the “this won't work”  and “change is difficult” feelings/beliefs. Those can certainly get in your way.

Eliminating these is a good starting-point because, while there is evidently nothing wrong with YOU as a person, starting any process with negative expectations is unlikely to speed progress.

I appreciate that you are feeling a bit jaded, as you have spent a lot of money and tried to resolve your issues, and are not getting the results you desire.

What can help bolster your expectations? Well, for starters, have a good look around the PSTEC forums, read the testimonials and listen to the interviews. This technology is profoundly powerful and can be used in a multitude of ways and for a range of issues.

Other technologies have rave reviews, even though I cannot personally vouch for any of the methods you cited. However, PSTEC will work on some issues and with some individuals remarkably quickly, while other issues will not be resolved until the “tipping point” is reached.

To this extent, and this will ring true for many processes, subconscious change can result in some personal discomfort for some people. It does not always happen, of course, but the sense that things have gotten worse does not mean you are heading in the wrong direction. In fact, it could well be quite the contrary.

Tim has some free tracks called Embracing Change and Wealth of Abundance, which I have found extremely beneficial in terms of improving someone's outlook. I woild recommend adding these to your “toolkit.”

You have referenced the fact that you purchased some PSTEC tracks. Did you get some success with the free Click Tracks? How long have you been using the tracks? How many times have you played them?

The key thing with PSTEC, in my own personal view and experience, is carefully following the instructions, consistency and variety. Use the tracks often and by following the instructions, and also switch tracks so that you do not become too accustomed to the clicks and tones in a given track.

Your experience here will be important, I sense. You seem to have a good grasp of what issues you need to work on, and what sort of emotional and personal experiences (a sense.of rejectoon, being bullied etc.) “caused” this. I put that in inverted commas because it was actually your interpretation of events that would lead to such feelings.

To that end, I would highly recommend writing down these experiences, getting as clear as possible on the memories and imagined outcomes. Work on each emotion/sense separately.

So, thinking of “worthless” feelings, attach those to all the memories where you saw, felt and experienced “worthless.” Rate the feeling on a scale of 0-10 and then, while following the instructions, run the relevant CT.

Keep doing this until you get the feelings/emotions lower (in terms of intensity) and, preferably, down to 0. This could be one play of the track, several or a lot. It's worth it.. YOU'RE worth it.

Then, I would recommend going through this process with the “misery” and “rejected” feelings and associated memories. Work on “misery” and “rejected” independently of one another. Yoh may be surprised that eliminating the unwantes emotion for one memory will actually eliminate a related emotion. Once you have taken a “charge” out of a memory or imagined outcome, a lot can change.

            Remember: Consistency, variety etc.

You can also use PSTEC Positive to suggest change. Something like “From now on, I allow myself to get better every day” might be helpful. There are many other things you can suggest, of course.

I hope this is clear and gives you some area of focus, Alakh.

If you need any clarification on what I have written, please let me know. Please let us know how you get on.

              Hi Paul,

I think i have been doing pstec wrong. so instructions are to only focus on one emotion? when i think of the problem there are many different emotions and perceptions going on at the same time like a movie which is why maybe pstec isn't releasing anything. However i cannot seem to stick with one emotion as memories pop in which make it worse and then i start to go into victim mode and blame my father and then it spirals out of control. I noticed a shift using the free click track but then it all comes back again and then i replay it and am not getting the big change in changing my perception of reality. which is why i bought the level one which is the same click track i feel because the tapping patterns are the same. i click track many times a day but i think pstec is too specific and not general enough to release lifelong programming memories and emotions. because if i have hundreds of negative memories then with pstec i have to do each one and the ones may get triggered while click tracking so then i will lose control again .

Going back to my experiences in school. i caused all of it, no one went after me but really i was the one that was awkward and totally feeling alone and unsupported which meant i could only feel fear around people and not fit in. i feel that way because my dad is lifeless, no friends doesn't talk to anyone and didn't really communicate with me and my brother the way a normal father does and because of that we both felt threatened in school by everyone else and it only got worse as time went on. for example i had to not going in school one day because everyone was going to prom and i didn't want anyone asking me about it as i didn't have any friends. while everyone in my year was at prom i was at home alone. my environment at home is completely separated from the outside world. which is why its hard to break the programming and now have a new identity . because i have gotten so used to all these negative emotions , now i don't even know what i am feeling. i dont know the word for it.

But i will now have a click track session and try to make some changes.

                Hi Alakh,

                Good to hear from you.

Yes, although the problem is what you are focusing on, it generally works best to work on a single emotion at a time when running the Click Tracks. Importantly, TRY to feel the emotion

Certain events can bring up a range of emotions – shame, rejection, anger, sadness, for example. While running the track, TRY to feel just one emotion per Click Track and think of the memory.

The 2015 Click Tracks allow you to bundle other events/memories/imagined outcomes alongside the emotion and, thus, can emcompass a lot.

Therefore, I would recommend using these to work on each emotion at a time. The Wrapper track will assist you in bundling these events/memories/imagined events. Your subconscious mind has stored all the memories, so it is just a case of accessing them and neutralising the emotional intensity. The Click Tracks will help you enormously.

As mentioned earlier, your expectations of any process or in life can have a profound impact. If you expect positive outcomes, it will generally assist your progress and motivate the decisions you make.

To that end, you could certainly use PSTEC Positive to suggest some changes. This can help you shift your assertion from “I can't change my programming” to “I am changing for the better everyday.” Programme that in and see how you get on. Quite literally, you have been changing your programming since the day you were born, so it is just a case now of getting the shifts you desire and becoming the person you desire to be.

I feel it is important to hold very good feelings about yourself and also positive expectations of others, but this cannot be intellectualised really. Most of us already know what we “should” do or “should” feel, but our subconscious mind influences our behaviour.

What interpretations do you think you have formed about your past experiences? What do you believe about yourself? What do you feel about people, in general? What do you believe about life?

If you honestly ponder and encapsulate these questions in an answer, you might get a sense of your model of the world and identify some beliefs that would be worth eliminating.

I can tell how much your past experiences have troubled you, but I know that you can work through these issues systematically and can feel “brand new” as a result. That is not to trivalise your experiences, as I appreciate you are feeling hurt, lonely and rejected. Rather, I know that you have it within you to neutralise these emotions and become the person you were born to be.

By neutralising the negative emotions and suggesting positive changes you have a one-two combo that is destined to help you on your path.

I did a click track and it made no difference, the more i focus on the problem the bigger it gets to the point i just feeling like giving up on life. its doing me more harm than good. The tapping doesn't work for me, especially focusing on one emotion is impossible because the problem is lifelong and all the memories and perception and comparing to other people is connected. I have no social life where as everyone my age already has experienced life and so i am always comparing my self to everyone else and i am the bottom which makes me not want to live anymore.think it could be karma or destiny which is why i cant change. i don't think any technique can work for me. I am done here.

                    Hi Alakh,

Thank you for keeping us updated.

I am sorry that you do not SEEM to be getting the progress that you desire. That SEEM is deliberately highlighted, as many changes do take place beyond conscious awareness and you may not be aware of them until the tipping point is reached and your perception shifts.

As mentioned in my earlier posts, some changes can happen remarkably quickly, while other changes may take some time to manifest. Persistence is key, but positive expectation is also important as this will allow you to persevere while the changes take effect.

With regards to the emotions, the important thing is to TRY and feel the emotion while playing the Click Tracks. It is your conscious focus that is required, in this regard.

Did you use PSTEC Positive to program in some positive expectation?

If you have a look around the forums and read the testimonials from other PSTEC users, some of the changes have been truly spectacular and some users did not get their results immediately. You are not beyond hope at all and that is a belief that you can eliminate.

To a large extent, PSTEC is like exercise (and that will be the case with the other processes and modalities you mentioned) . It requires your dedication, correctly following the instructions and your time. An analogy: giving up and deciding “I can't get fit” after one or two trips to the gym and deciding that “exercise doesn't work” is cutting out your chances to see real gains.

I appreciate that you feel a sense of desperation, but you are not broken. You are 20 years old and feel that you are in a bit of a rut.  It is your path, unique to you, but other people have overcome similar adversity and that sense of desperation. You can use PSTEC to neutralise the feelings you have referenced; you can knock out these “not feeling good enough” patterns as many of your experiences will possibly be interlinked.

No-one needs to suffer and you can make truly profound changes in your life. I am happy to help you with this, so can be contacted, if needs be.

You could also supplement your PSTEC work with the following FREE tracks:

                    https://pstecaudiosource.org/accounts/354ni/order

It is not all about Click Tracking and Tim has created some fantastic tutorials and hypnotic tracks that can assist you.

I do not want you to get into the Confirmation Bias of “I don't think any technique can work for me” because, if you do not challenge that belief/assumption (FYI, Tim's Mindfulness program explains how you can challenge confirmation bias), you could confirm that to yourself. It could stop you from taking appropriate action.

I do hope you read through this thread again and make that commitment to yourself.

I am here, if you need me, and you can also drop me an email (if that's preferable).

Ok but to feel the emotion i have the to think of a thought or memory such as the negative expression of my father, the silence, misery,  rejection and since there infinite thoughts linked to this maybe that's why the click track is ineffective for me. For most it's easy for them to release with pstec because they have one menory or one emotion only and so it's easy to aim at the problem.  But I have many different perceptions beliefs emotions that I feel when listening to the click track. Because I am trying to feel the emotion then all different memories and perceptions arise and I feel all kinds of things kinda like a movie and so u cannot stick with one single emotion which is the instructions.  Like when I think of my father which makes me feel rejected,  worthless etc it all gets worse the longer I think of it while click tracking because many emotional reaction and perceptions pop up which make me feel angry resentful etc

                        Hi Alakh,

                        Good to hear from you.

I appreciate that it has been difficult for you but, while your experiences are unique to you and you have a sense that you can't change your programming, your experiences and feelings are not that unique in the wider context of humanity. For that reason, I truly believe you can resolve these issues, and transform how you feel about life, yourself and your father.

There are different ways to reach that destination, which is why there are so many different therapies, modalities and processes. Much like physical exercise, there will invariably be something that suits you.

You were not, I would contend, born with these feelings. You interpreted certain events and experiences in certain ways, whilst developing beliefs, emotions, expectations and behaviours as a result. This is perfectly natural.

It is also natural to have more than one emotion arising from a certain event, series of events or relationships. This is not unique and, in my experience, is quite common. Our minds store so much and it is not out of the ordinary to have lots of images and thoughts pop up while Click Tracking. In fact, I have seen this reported and have had this experience myself – our minds are dynamic and we do not necessarily think or act in a linear way. If we did, we would just consciously choose what to feel all the time.

The relationship with your father is a key one in your life, and you have clearly developed some beliefs and emotions as a result of this. It would make perfect sense that you would go through life feeling rejected and a bit lost, as you mentioned that your father did not engage with you.

You can try to work on the strongest emotion first, or pick one of the less intensely-felt (but still realised) emotions.

Again, the key is to TRY to focus on the emotion one track at a time. Try to focus on the feelings of “worthlessness”, for example, first. Then if, during the Click Track, you notice other emotions cropping up, work on those next. Then, go back to “worthlessness” and see if anything is still there on the 0-10 scale. Keep going until it's as close to 0 as possible.

Take as much time as you need

Your subconscious might be telling you that you need to focus on the other feelings that crop up – go with it.

I would recommend writing down what you wish to work on, and how you wish to feel instead. This will give you more areas for self-discovery and focus. For instance, you do not wish to feel the sense of rejection around your father. How would you wish to feel instead? What characteristics would you wish to embody?

We cannot change what we have experienced, but we can change our model of reality and we can change our perception of experiences. Do you have any concern about change or what might happen if you eliminated these feelings? Some people have noted that, although they wish to change, holding on to certain feelings (such as resentment) gives them a feeling of certainty or significance. This can be comforting.

There can be secondary benefits to holding certain beliefs – connection, not needing to take certain actions etc. I am not in a position to determine whether this fits your blueprint, but could any of that be true for you?

You might be surprised that neutralising certain emotions will automatically lessen or neutralise others. Sometimes we just give names to feelings, but they can be intrinsically linked. So, if you took out misery, you could potentially remove your sense of worthlessness, and vice versa. Alternatively, they could be separate slices of the same emotional pie – if you will – and would need to be addressed separately.

Please let me know what tracks you have used recently, how often you have used them and which emotions you have targeted.

Thanks for your time, Alakh, and I look forward to your reply.
