I've realized thru trial and error and also support from people on this forum such as Brian and Paul that belief structures have a dogmatic element that assumes completition.
So it is useful to do BBs adding dogma to it.
Words such as:
– Everything
– Nothing
– Everyone
– Always
– Never
– Everybody
– Nobodythis helps to clean beliefs faster.

Thanks for your post. Hope you're keeping well.
You are spot on there and I believe this is because the subconscious is said to be quite child-like in the way it overgeneralises, deletes and distorts. It is effectively “black or white”, with no shades of grey.
So, if someone is working to eliminate beliefs like “everyone is out to get me” or “nothing ever works out for me”, you can consciously find counterexamples to those beliefs. Those counterexamples can definitely move the proverbial “needle.”
The subconscious reprogramming is ultimately what blitzes the beliefs, however.
