2: is a straight positive. 1: I think could be more positive with words to the effect “It is OK to feel the fear” “I can take this action” without the sense of trying to justify it. Very simply going straight for the target. If you feel a lot of resistance, then some softening up first with Click Tracks and taking smaller steps towards your goal. Making each step more achievable.
I know you know this, but for others, the Click Tracks are the best tool for removing fears.
