First, target the emotions, use the click tracks for that, then begin to work on the beliefs. Negative and Positive beliefs arounds the topic. Next comes How you would prefer it to be, then work on those beliefs, then feel the feelings of the goal achieved, and work on then you should have it! I think you’re fine the way you are, but if you want to change certain characteristics about yourself, you will have a long journey.
An alternative to “getting rid of a problem” is to listen to You Are Amazing, by Tim P. until you realize how utterly amazing you really are, and then you will have a different perspective on the issue you are currently focused upon.
