    Hi Armand,

    Most of the answers to your questions can be found in the instructions audio that Tim has included with the downloads, You will find more answers will sink in,the more times you play it. Plus Jeff has great advice in his reply……

    I find even the best PSTEC Therapists miss a few important points, which show up when they try the exam at PSTEC Register

    By the way taking the exam is a great learning opportunity even after passing I will give you feedback on gaps in your understanding.

    My aim is that all pstec therapists including self help users can have the same knowledge and skills as Tim, Jeff & I have.
