    Aloha Oscar… excellent Meghan!

    • I would add a question, “When do you remember this PE issue first coming up in life??  What memories do you have about PE experiences?  Take those memories with the accompanying emotions/feeling and use the CT.
    • Also, take an imagined event of this happening in the future in the same way… using both imagine events as well as memories with the accompanying emotions/feelings while using the CT.
    • Utilize the Accelerators more often to help reveal the source of the issue.
    • As you use PSTEC Positive (PP) with Positive Statements, notice what emotional issues come up and those will also be excellent targets for your CT work.  Whenever you complete some CT work and feel more confident, that's a good time to use PP again.
    • [/list]If you have already checked for medical impairments and are now exploring the issues in your mind, then, again, to reiterate Meghan's comments, absolutely, PSTEC has the tools to help you shift the emotions, belief and behaviors.

Oscar, reread your original topic post; there are several clues in there to pursue as possible source(s) of the issue that you can target with PSTEC.

      Aloha!
