    Hi there,

          I have the cascade release audios as well and I was wondering how you do this on your own?  I've listened to the tutorial but maybe I missed something.  Do you just hold your hand up the whole time.  Tim says the arm should move down slowly but would this be very tiring?
          Again I more than likely missed something as my earphones are broken, flicking off and on.  I will be getting new ones in a few days excited to try cascade release for myself!
