    Hey Silent Bob … you would have to give me more details on this… there could be a myriad of possible reasons based upon the circumstances.

    To give you a bit of background on the difference between the free Click Tracks 01 and 02 and the EEF's (Click Tracks 03 and 04 that come with Level 1) … The EEF's are longer and stronger than the free Click Tracks so they are best used for issues or emotions that seem a bit more “sticky” and tough to let go.

    Also, bottom line… use what works for you!
