In theory if she uses the click tracks while thinking of going to the toilet and grabbing onto the fear of pain then she can eliminate the fear. You probably could do it on your own, but I'd guess a specialist would always be better and the process more efficient. If you've got the money to spend, then I'd suggest your daughters health is the best thing to spend it on without delay.
