Hi John … Tim is referring to the perspective of the therapy guide and when he says it's “written and recorded from a therapy perspective,” he is merely using it as a figure of speech.  Also, later at the 35 second mark, he instructs the listener, “do study the audio.”

For the Level 1 tutorial, it is only available in audio format.

In more recent tutorials, PSTEC Positive Secrets, Peter Owens' “PSTEC in the Trenches” and the most recent PSTEC Advanced Part 2; there are both audio and written guides.
