    Many thanks for your reply.
    I have another couple of queries regarding Pstec.
    Tim's instruction regarding the click tracks is to not use setup statements and I appreciate the reasons for this .My problem is that I am very auditory and with a lot of problems I want to clear I can get some emotion (frustration,anger) but its linked to an internal voice saying I can't ,it wont work etc repeatedly. Its been a problem for most of my life, especially when I want to make changes or develop new ways of dealing with issues.How can I use pstec with this internal dialogue (which wont shut up at time) without reinforcing its effects?
