    No it is not! PSTEC Positive Secrets is an extra fuller tutorial on how to get the best out of PSTEC Positive and PSTEC Positive Extra Power by writing correctly formatted positive statements. All the packages come with instructions but this tutorial goes into some depth and detail. PSTEC Positive also comes as part of the PSTEC Level 1 package which includes the Enhanced Click Tracks and more. This makes it a good value package.
