In rushing to get the last post finished I managed to forget one more thing.

Although not part of the PSTEC “kit” as such I strongly recommend using Wealth of Abundance in all cases of low self worth (the majority of them). This is a hypnotic track from Tim and helps build gratitude for what you have and for what you have not got yet. Gratitude is the opposite of the characteristics of low self worth and so helps build high self worth. Personally I cannot conceive any idea of a spiritual person who was not grateful for what they have and might receive.
