    here is a trick.

    Take a rubber band and put it around the wrist of your right hand when playing Track 1 and on your left hand when playing track 2.

    This will start you off to remember which track is the fast tapping hand.

    When the tone is played to switch hands, quickly move the rubber hand to the other wrist. Then you can tap the fast way on the opposite hand until again you get the tone to change again.

    I even just keep that wrapped around my four fingers so I can switch it even faster.
