    Key tip. Really really really really focus on that feeling and try hard. Really hard as hard as you can. The harder you try the faster and easier it will clear. I love the 2015 tracks btw. They are very clean in their releasing process as compared to the basic and eef tracks. I can CT 5 hours straight days in a row no problem with them even when I had anxiety.
