DaughterofThunderHi, appreciate your response! Looks I gradually got used to the track and involuntary laughter finally stopped. I downloaded these packages to listen to them during this week. I am currently just practicing focusing on the memory and feeling, too many things are going on during the track so it totally slips out of my mind. But when I started with hypnosis I couldn't get it right straight away either, I want to give this a decent chance.
