Are the Click tracks in stereo?

      Do I need to have the correct left/right earhone in the correct ear? Is Tim feeding us left/right instructions in the appropriate side? This would be relevant  In brainwave entrainment.

        Hi Peter,

        No, the Click Tracks and other audios and tracks are not in stereo and Tim does not speak differently in one ear vs. the other… in fact, the tracks are usually mono.

        PSTEC is not an energy therapy nor brainwave entrainment.
