how would one go about clearing narcissist behavior? Eg. expecting that everybody should give me attention,… Would this be like CT the feelings of needing this or CT the expectation or CT some feeling of lack?
Eg. expecting that everybody should give me attention You can belief blast ” Everybody should have given me attention” or “Everybody should have paid attention to me”
You can also click track any feelings around the need for people to pay attention to you, especially any anger if they don’t and also any desperation if they don’t.
Thanks, Brian, on such fast feedback. you gave me some really good ideas, will go on with this now. Probably writing down some ideas or beliefs and then just going down the list makes sense and if needed repeat the blasting process again in a week or so.
