cannot acquire PSTEC Positive

rirvinmooreI am unable to find the buy/download link for Level 1 or anything related to PSTEC Positive. Has it been temporarily made unavailable? I was planning to use it, but I can't get it because I can't find the buy button. In the meantime, I have been using the accelerator tracks.
