Does this require to use headphones?

Hi, I can't seem to find this information ANYWHERE and am frustrated trying to search for it.

Does the PSTEC require using headphones? Or better without?

Or, either way just fine?

I have just purchased the Negative Belief Eraser and I want to maximize the effectiveness.

But if I can get away with not wearing headphones I would like that due to EMF's.

However, if it works better with headphones that will offset my concern and would be worth the temporary hit of EMF's to be free of life-draining limiting beliefs.
