If you're supposed to focus on memories/feeling while click tracking, how do you get rid of fear of change and success in any endeavor???
August 9, 2012 at 11:04 pm#23020ozPSTEC UserYou can also use it on imagined events. So imagine starting the change you want to make, you should feel the fear and you can click track it.

One of the greatest secrets to moving forward is releasing the fear of taking those actions or achieving that success and then using the Click Tracks (CT).
Ah, but here's another one that will seem counter intuitive similar to what you expressed, musicman…
Be willing to face the fear of failure… in other words, imagine the worst… your failure… how does that feel? Take that imagined event, try hard to feel the feeling and then run the CT until it's 0-1.
So, oz's and my examples are, as oz said, “Imagined events.” They can be in the future or your imagination of what could happen and they can even be in the past as what you imagined happened… doesn't matter.
Just remember to hold two things in mind when running the CT…
- A memory or imagined event
and
- try hard to feel the feeling or emotion.
