I'd like to try PSTEC but having difficulty because I'm hearing-impaired and cannot understand the instructions on the various audio files. I can hear the clicking tones, though, but no really sure what I'm supposed to do.
Are there any written documentation on how to use the audio files?
Thanks!

PSTEC is an audio therapy. This is why Tim chose to release the instructions on audio and not in written form. They are used as a test to ensure that the user will be able to use the process successfully.
However if you are determined to “give it a go” (and you have nothing to lose by trying it). There may be sufficient hearing for your subconscious to be able to follow, especially if you are able to hear the clicks and tones.
By all means have someone else listen to and then communicate the instructions to you, so you can try it.
IMPORTANT If you do decide to test it in this way – be sure to start out only with a minor issue.
Aloha!
Jeff
