Hi,
I've been using PSTEC 2015 & Level 1 for a few weeks now. Been getting some good results.
My question: Is it really necessary to listen to Tim give the introduction every time (other than the part where he tells you which click goes to what hand)? Is there some kind of induction/hypnosis going on, or can I skip it?
Thanks

Good to hear you have been getting some good results.
While it is not absolutely necessary it does give you time to adjust and focus on what you are about to do. If you are really used to the tracks then OK skip it, but if you are skipping because you have some sense of rush or urgency then this indicates some kind of stress and it might be better not to, but take a number of deep breaths, relax and listen once again.
For others reading this. PSTEC Click Tracks 2015 comes with three different length tracks (roughly 10, 20 and 30 minutes) so that you can fit your Click Tracking into different time “windows”.
