      I've been loving the PSTEC Accelerators, especially the relaxation tracks. But I've been falling asleep in the middle of them! Sometimes I wake up when Tim says, “…one, two, three…. now open your eyes…” but sometimes I don't, and my iTunes keeps running! A few days ago I woke up an hour after, and had been through a business-related audio and didn't even know it!

      Is there a problem with this?

        Hi Dixie… not at all. The relaxation tracks in the Accelerator Package are an exception to the PSTEC norm of concentration required. So, no reason to worry about it, in fact, one of the common uses for people is to use the Accelerator Relaxation Track as they fall off to sleep at night.
