Is there specific programs for chronic pain or specific approach. I have used the different click tracksand it does make a difference.
Cheers

PSTEC for Physical Issues, including pain issues, is a tutorial by Tim for therapists, but keep in mind that if you are doing your own work… self-help … in effect, you are the therapist… at least you must take that position and be more of an observer almost as if you are a “disinterested” third party.
Also, as always, be sure to review the terms of use for PSTEC and also, with medical conditions, be sure to consult with a licensed medical practitioner as we do not dispense medical advice…

The tutorial may be very helpful and in addition to that, here is a link to download a pdf with some suggestions on approaching physical issues using PSTEC…

Oh, one more list of resources… here is a list of interviews about people using PSTEC for physical issues… http://pstecaudiosource.org/physical-issues

JeffSeptember 12, 2014 at 2:26 pm#23573jadcock000PSTEC UserHi Jeff. Thanks for the reply and helping with my questions on posting. I missed the program on physical issues on the main site I will check it out. I am a physical therapist so I use caution using a mind body approach unless serious issues are ruled out. I have used Faster EFT and TAT for physical and trauma issues for a number of years. Also as a CHT I can appreciate the PSTEC approach and application. Just a matter of figuring out if it is a format that I want to pursue. Thanks again.
