PSTEC Positive and PSTEC Positive Extra Power

      Hi everyone
      PSTEC Positive and PSTEC Positive Extra Power – is there any difference between the two? As I understand they have the same function, so is it ok to buy Extra Power right away or I have to have PSTEC Positive to use it?

        Hi Roman

        The difference between the two is in the name. The instructions for use are the same. Yes it is OK to go to the Extra Power straight away, you do not have to have Positive to use it. PSTEC Positive Secrets is a tutorial the comes in both audio and printable pdf formats. It goes into some depth about how to construct the most effective positive statements for use with either Positive or Positive extra power. It is usually best to work with the Click Tracks first to remove or at least noticeably reduce negative emotions before introducing Positive statements. Keep your Positive statements short and simple.
