I have a question about PSTEC Positive non-tapping versions. I spend a few days per week in my car and I was wondering if it might work that while driving I would listen to the non-tapping version and repeat an affirmation. Or while I go out for a run. Or is it essentially that you only visualize a pleasant trip in your mind with as much details as possible while repeating the affirmation? I wanted to use this time while driving for something productive and this is why I’m asking.
thanks for the reply. I was just wondering, for example when driving on a highway and your mind is chattering anyway, why not repeating a positive suggestion, enjoying the drive, noticing where you are driving and having PSTEC Positive in the background. This was my idea.
