I just bought PSTEC Negative.
when I write down my sentence, for instance “I believe I do not have it in me to become succesful” should I only focus on the tapping and rambling the words or letters or should I also try to feel how it feels to have this belief?
Further, I like lying down while tapping on my chest. I understand that I have to occasionally open my eyes and look at the sentence on my paper. I do this with my left hand but for a second or two I cannot tap with my left hand. Is that a problem?
I was also wondering why I should write down 4 sentences that contradict this belief. While listening to the mp3 no attention is given on this

With PSTEC Negative you really need to visualise and imagine the scrambling, tearing up and destroying that sentence. The negative emotions behind it need Cick Tracking first. If nothing else try CTing while repeating the negative statement. In your example try shortening it by removing the “I believe” from the front.
Don't know how in your case but it is best if you can place the sentence where you can see it when you open your eyes without interrupting the Tapping. Perhaps using cushions or pillows to give you a position you can still work with.
The counter statements at the start help highlight or bring to the fore the issue concerned. Helps focus your thoughts and maybe help to construct the most effective negative sentence.

So if I understand you well I do not have to focus how it feels to belief that I do not have it in me to become succesful.
I do not understand why I should try the sentence. Is that because 12 words is too long and 10 words is better?
If I focus on the feeling I do not really feel emotions, just a vague feeling of sadness so I am not sure or I should do the Click tracking first

“So if I understand you well I do not have to focus how it feels to belief that I do not have it in me to become succesful.”
Correct just think of jumbling, scrambling the sentence, shred it, destroy it and feel good that it is gone.“I do not understand why I should try the sentence. Is that because 12 words is too long and 10 words is better?”
Shorter and simpler is better. 8 to 10 words is good. Split complex beliefs into shorter parts and treat them separately.“If I focus on the feeling I do not really feel emotions, just a vague feeling of sadness so I am not sure or I should do the Click tracking first”
A vague feeling of sadness is an emotion. If it is stopping you from achieving your goal then Click Track it.It might be better if you were more precise with your goal setting. What is it you wish to be successful at? (You need not answer on the forum). Your Negative sentence reflecting this. “I do not have it in me to be ?”

thanks again.
Is it so that if there is still a bit of emotion to a belief PSTEC will not work? I do not understand that.
I want to be succesful with setting up a new business but have some doubts or I have it in me all what it takes to be succesful with it. But I just did the PSTEC negative on this, and somehow I do not feel this anymore, so I think this works
Another question about the Wealth of Abundance track. I have listened to the whole 30 minutes track twice. Is it now OK to listen only to the hypnosis part of 12 minutes?

No,but the lower the emotion, the better.“I want to be succesful with setting up a new business but have some doubts or I have it in me all what it takes to be succesful with it. But I just did the PSTEC negative on this, and somehow I do not feel this anymore, so I think this works”
Great! When you are ready, you might now find PSTEC Positive useful to extend the process by placing positive suggestions into your subconscious. Like this ” Now I can be successful in my new business”.“Another question about the Wealth of Abundance track. I have listened to the whole 30 minutes track twice. Is it now OK to listen only to the hypnosis part of 12 minutes?”
I believe it best to listen to the whole thing. Tim is very careful with words. They are there for a reason.Peter
September 14, 2015 at 2:36 pm#24280Another RickPSTEC UserI have also bought PSTEC level 1, so I will start also with listening to PSTEC positive.
If I want release more emotions, does EEF work better than the free click tracks?
by the way: I appreciate your quick replies

PSTEC Level 1 is great value package. Listen to the other tracks as well!
The eefs on Level 1 are usually more effective however the clicks and therefore the tapping are in a more complicated sequence and harder to follow. So it is best if you are familiar with the FREE Basic Click Tracks first.
As a forum user I also appreciate quick replies, so I do my best to respond as soon as I can here.

September 15, 2015 at 6:56 am#24282Another RickPSTEC UserI was wondering or it could be helpful when you notice a negative belief in daily life (while not listening to the click tracks) to imagine the belief written out and to be teared and jumbled?
September 15, 2015 at 8:31 am#24283Peter BunyanPSTEC UserAnother Rick
Absolutely! Great suggestion, thanks for thinking of it. Anytime you are without audio facilities for PSTEC and you catch yourself thinking a negative thought, example “I can't do ….” . Imagine it written down, jumble the words, tear it up, shred it and burn the pieces.
