Hi, I purchased the Weight Loss package and I've used the free tracks, but I'm confused as to how the weight loss tracks are any different from the free tracks?  I was listening to my first weight loss track and aside from a comment about losing weight safely they sound the same. I'm confused as to what sort of “memory” I”m supposed to have when it comes to losing weight. Thanks!

        Hi Rebecca
Firstly as I do not have the weight loss package I cannot comment on any differences. But memories and weight loss are many and various and without finding out more about your particular circumstances I can only give a few suggestions about where to look.
For many people the problems start with the dining room battleground between parents and children. The parents telling their offspring to “eat your greens”, “clear your plate” and such like.
Other incidents that might give rise to loss of self confidence and consequent “comfort” eating might include a serious illness, being burgled or pick-pocketed, being bullied or abused.
If for example you have a “sweet tooth” or sugar addiction then the cause could be from a time when you were too young to even remember now. You could then try “feeling” the cravings while Click Tracking.
Other negative things the Click Tracks can help with could be feelings of “failure” with previous diet attempts.
        Hope this helps
        Keep asking questions.

So I'm supposed to think of an incident that might be contributing to holding onto this weight and use the click track while I do that?

            Hi RebeccaJ,
I just have Tim's part 2 of the Weight Loss product. I find it totally different. Perhaps the first part has similar CT to the free ones. Review the instructions/tutorial again. Weight loss is a complex area. Start with any memory that 'triggers” your desire to overeat. As issues come up, use the Ct. Otherwise maybe Tim or Sally or Jeff can help you. Good Luck and keep clicking.

              Hi RebeccaJ,
After I sent my reply, I noticed a wealth of knowledge under “weight loss” topics in the forum . Read the responses, they will help. I think it will give you the answer you are looking for.

                Hi Rebecca
You have a weight problem and you are trying to do something about it, that is you have a desire to change, hurdle one cleared.
You have found PSTEC tools to help you. These tools have helped many, many others. Hurdle two cleared.
PSTEC Click tracks remove unwanted, unhelpful emotions and feelings that stop you from achieving the change you want.
Focus on the mental image of the woman you want to be for a while and then listen to yourself. Are there any cynical little voices at the back of your mind saying Yeah it's a great idea but……. Some day it might happen but…… These voices which stop you truly believing you can do it. Now focus on the strongest of these and what feelings are there, are there any associated memories which support these “buts”? These do not have to be directly “weight” related. These are the things to try and hold in mind while Click Tracking. Memories if you have them are an easier target than just the feelings. Get Click Tracking and clear the next hurdle, that is just using the tools.
Bear in mind you are not aiming to lose weight but gain health.
Personally I have found the Primal Blueprint lifestyle works for me and my family.
