Hi all
Ive been using PSTEC across a wide range of issues, but especially focussing on my specialism, that being panic disorders and anxiety.
I feel confident in using the tracks but any suggestions as to when to take the PSTEC exam to register as a practitioner. I feel that I would like to now start advertising this approach but need to qualify first, plus any ideas about adding to insurance ? Does this fall under Psychotherapy ? as Balens cover most of my approaches under this heading ?February 2, 2018 at 1:02 pm#25737Peter BunyanPSTEC UserHi Nik
Re Insurance speak to Balens I found them friendly and helpful.
When to take the exam? Now! If you are doubtful Click Track those doubts which are created by fears. Fear of failing the exam, (not a biggie, you can take it again) Fear of passing and having to use your skills with any repercussions, (you are only doing your best to help others), whatever CT it. Then run a positive to the effect that you are capable of passing comfortably. Then do the test. It worked for me!
