Can you link me to the ATT? I'm really having a hard time figuring out the lingo and all the programs: CT, ATT, EEF, etc… Aaack!
God's peace, Dixie

Sure, sure… sorry about the confusion.
Ok, the CT is Click Tracks and when I say that, I am referring to the free Basic Click Tracks that came with the very first package you ever downloaded… for free. These are the foundational tools of PSTEC.
The EEF's are the Enhanced Effectiveness Click Tracks and can be purchased separately…

… or as a part of the Level 1 Audio Package…
http://www.pstecaudiosource.org/pstec/pstec-level-1With these four Click Tracks, you should rotate them using a different one each round of “clicking” to keep things fresh.
Added to that is the Tapping Track from the Accelerator Package…
http://www.pstecaudiosource.org/pstec/pstec-acceleratorsSo, in reality, you have five tracks to rotate and if you have the ATT, rotate it every 3-4 times with the other four tracks (CT and EEF's).
Then, in the Accelerator Package is a non tapping track, a tutorial and two relaxation tracks (short and long). Use on of the relaxation tracks after a session (several rounds of PSTEC) or on its own before bedtime.
Let me know if that helps.
Hugs and Aloha!
Jeff
