Is writting it down harmful? I did that and I still can't figure out what the sentence is.
Does the frustration of not figuring out the sentence cancel the benefit?
Thanks,

You don't have to. Tim is very literal and explicit in that he does not ask you do feel the feeling, but only TRY HARD to feel the feeling. Also, he says to do your best to get the tapping to the clicks and tones correct. Do your best… that's all.
What's important is focusing and even when that tries to decrease, just TRY HARD again and again and again.
It's the TRYING HARD that is important, not getting it right or perfect, etc.
Same with Magic Sentences… it's not about getting them all right … it's about TRYING HARD to get them… therein lies the magic.

Would the magic sentences still work if I write them down then translate them into Urdu language and then repeat it in Urdu language to the person who is suffering from anxiety. Person who is using the magic sentences do not understand English fully. So after I’ve repeated the sentence to them in Urdu they then understand it and when I play the reverse sentence they pick the correct one. Would this way of using magic sentences still work.
Plus I have been using the click tracks and have been translating simultaneously and it has made a difference to that person. I just wanted to know how best to go about doing the magic sentences.
Thank you
Sam

If so, if you have the Therapist Package for Magic Sentences; there is a tutorial so that you clearly understand how MS works and also there are scripts so you could run the MS process with your client in whatever language is best understood by the client.
The Click Tracks may be another story because it's about the timing and the meaning of the phrases and sentences that Tim expresses on the tracks.
