Reply To: Newbie User Hitting Plateau.

Ok, well sometimes I have just a feeling. Like I'll experience something, and get “zoned-out” or really frustrated. I can't pin down what it's attached to, it's just a feeling. What do you do for that? Just try hard to feel it?
