    Hi Jeff

    What a brilliant tip and much needed, thank you.

    Yesterday I ran through a resistance aspect three times using the EEf click track 1 and was getting very worked up to really feel the emotion but didn't experience the shift I thought I would.

    Will keep you posted on how I get on.
