    So I dived in….stop procrastinating I thought!!

    Bought the Level 1 and accelerators. Haven't listened to the accelerators yet but applied Level 1 click track plus the positive click tracks on 2 issues and I have to say my energy level and +-ve chatter is greatly diminished in comparison to yesterday. So there is still a residual emotional echo left over but that gives me the targets to work on today.

    Will keep you posted on this forum. Including persistence in using these resources to clear out ALL the garbage. Have started and stopped clicking several times before despite getting results. Time I eradicated any excuses… and get the healing I require.
