    Hmm – that is a good example of how we process information.

    Try recording it and listening to it and see if that's clearer for you;  then let me know how audio is better for me even though I have explained how it isn't.

    There are other posts that describe having difficulty: it's not just me.

    Is this apparent reluctance to provide written instructions a way to keep PSTEC from being quickly and easily understood, so that therapists are needed from Level 1 upwards?
