No, I am referring to what the feeling or emotion is “attached” to or triggered by.
Remember, while you are doing your best to keep up with the tapping to the clicks and tones, there are 2 things to focus on:
1. TRY HARD to feel the feeling (you don't have to actually feel it, but just TRY HARD to feel it)
2. An memory or imagined event.
My reference to a similar aspect had to do with the common aspect of a mix of memories that arise to your conscious mind.
PS If you find yourself confused and having a difficult time sorting and seeing what to target, invest in one or two, at least, sessions with a practitioner to help you get a “kick start” so to speak.
