    As others have said, being blissful is something most people dream of but if you perceive a problem it seems to me that your emotional state is not actually the issue.

    Is it the lack of perceived functionality whilst in that state?

    If so then how about removing the belief that you can get nothing done when so happy and adding the belief that you can be productive and happy at the same time?

    In other words allow the happiness to persist but add in the ability to function very usefully in that state by working on your beliefs.

    That's a good idea, but isn't a belief about what I can accomplish irrelevant when up against the actual effects of the state? Also, there's a matter of people not taking me seriously when I'm smiles all the time. >>
