Hi elftower!

I'm not sure I understand where the fear of change comment came from a negative emotion about writing…

Imagine writing and TRY HARD to feel that negative feeling while using the CT or EEF.

Ask yourself some questions:
I don't want to write because ____________.

Delve a bit deeper with those types of “why” questions to not only discover emotions that are unpleasant about writing, but also thoughts/beliefs to address with PSTEC Negative and PSTEC Positive.
