Andres Leonill try my best to be kinder with me, its just that I have a deep self hatred for myself and I would offcourse prefer to be different and have some changes which would made me feel less guilty and with less desires of harming myself, as quickly as possible. but, I will follow your advice, and continue to run the click track everyday until I feel some sort of release, Ill do my best to be gentler with myself.
