    Did 3 sessions in a row this morning. When I woke up I felt ok, but I just kept thinking of all the stuff from the past. So I did 3 CT in a row. Feel a lot better and I feel that a lot of junk has left. IBS returned :(  very annoying. Will work on that later today.
    Just so much junk  to get rid of.
