    Thank you Peter,

    I will give that a try. I suppose PSTEC is great for memories and beliefs, but a little more difficult to resolve negative patterns that are being played out.

    My aim is to know why this pattern is manifesting over and over again and what hidden memories are causing it.

    It is definitely a feeling of shame!
