    I was listening to the PSTEC Negative webinar again this weekend and based on what is being discussed there, it seems like you would have to run it as many times as it takes before the scales tip in favor of the new belief. It also depends on how much is on the other, negative side.

    So as not to derail this thread, I am moving this discussion on use of affOrmations with pstec positive
