    o this end have you yet tried Click Tracking  the anxieties, fears, whatever while you are actually experiencing them while the house noises are going on or while you are waiting for them to happen? Working on them in the present moment? In any case doing something is better than just waiting.

    I would suggest the same thing. As soon as you wake up and hear that and your emotional reaction starts, just start clicking away at it as it's happening.
