Eamon DohertyBrain and Paul thank you both guys for this superb and thorough knowledge, I'm not the finished article by any means, yet as Paul eluded to, nobody really is I loved the perfectionism explanation/information nearly as much as this speaker spelling these big words ? , seriously though I believe I've shifted quite a lot recently I have/had a real bad habit of worrying about what people thought about me. Focusing on negative bullshit so I've been hammering at this and pumping in positive things also the frustration advice and why technique have helped a lot. So to fellow users keep going use these tips and believe both in pstec but more importantly, yourself.
