    Everybody, thanks for taking the time to reply! I am very grateful for all these answers!

    Now, I just wrote down a few statements based on all the statements you provided and Im keeping in mind everything you said about music production and how it is always a work in progress.

    Im doing solely PQT today with different statements and on the weekends Ill start CTing negative emotions
